Ravenna ↗ is an AI-powered help desk purpose built for companies who provide internal support to employees in Slack. Internal help desk teams spend hours manually triaging and resolving tickets for commonly found issues at medium to large enterprise companies, including password resets, login info retrievals and more. Ravenna aims to solve this by automating the triaging, as well as building automated workflows to help resolve these issues.
Taylor and Kevin, the founders of Ravenna, approached us to help design their brand and landing page after they tried working with a different agency and were unimpressed. We knocked out the brand and landing page in 3 weeks (including Framer development) before tackling their product,.
